If you are reading this you are probably in an extremely low spot in your life. You might be struggling with exhaustion and overwhelming feelings including guilt, confusion, and even anger. Building relationships with clients is crucial and the first step is ensuring that you have an environment where you can face the good, the bad, and the ugly (because we all have them). Once a solid relationship is established, we can take a look at what is keeping you from leading an authentic life. It is beneficial to recognize patterns that have consistently been present throughout your life, using education/tools when needed. 

Lindsay's goal is to meet you where you're at, even if it's into the abyss. Through working with different clients Lindsay has discovered a passion to walk alongside those that have experienced trauma and grief.

Private Pay Rate is $100 per session.
